Training
Our engineers install machines worldwide. In fact, we have over 50 years’ experience in exporting and installing machines. We also work closely with the suppliers of the raw materials that are used in our machines to ensure our training is the most comprehensive we can make it.
Before the machines are dispatched, we send out a list of everything to have ready for the installation and training. This ensures you have everything prepared and our training is really thorough.
When we’ve completed the installation checks and the machine is fully running, our engineer will train your operators and supervisors on:
- Use and maintenance of the machine
- The process for which the machine has been supplied for
- Use of materials to be processed
- Preparation of components
- Manufacture of tooling to be used with the machine
- Programming the machine controller
- Fault finding
On completion of training, the operators pass a skills test and are then certified to use the machine.
It Doesn’t End There
Our after-sales service is second to none, with full technical support being given as new operators or new and different components needing to be processed come online.
Many customers send us emails with questions when facing a new project, and we do our best to answer them comprehensively. If necessary, we will return to give customers a refresher training package.
